- 6 to 12 years: 25% of room rate when sharing

- Lunch and dinner on request. Sri Lankan rice and curry, seafood and popular Western dishes
- Vegetarian and kid friendly options available
- Please inform us early about allergies or special diets
Transport and Parking
- Parking available on site
- We arrange airport pickup, tuk tuk or car with driver, scooter and bicycle rental, and local tours
- Message us for a live location pin and simple directions
Damage and Lost Items
- Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items in rooms or shared areas
- Please keep valuables safe. We will help if you misplace something
Pool and Rooftop Use
- Pool is family friendly. Please supervise children at all times
- No glass near the pool
- Rooftop is suitable for sunset seating, yoga and small gatherings
- Please keep the space tidy after use
Payments, Deposit and Cancellation
- Payments accepted: cash or bank transfer.
- Deposit: we may request a deposit to confirm the booking during busy dates or for apartment and long stays
- Cancellation policy: simple and fair. We will confirm the exact policy for your dates at the time of booking
- In general, free cancellation is possible if you cancel early enough before arrival
- Peak season and last minute cancellations may have charges
